He is a consultant and Director at Kaizen Institute - East Africa, he has independently led several transformational projects in various companies in India and Africa.

He has had the opportunity to mentor multiple Lean projects in a variety of industries like manufacturing, pharmaceutical, confectionery, agricultural farms and more.

He is the recipient of “Trainer of the Year 2011”, “Trainer of the Year 2012”, “Trainer of the Year 2013” and "Consultant of the year 2019" awarded by Kaizen Institute India and Africa
