Jayanth has over 24 years of focused training & consulting experience in the “improvement domain”. A trainer and a coach of Lean concepts to various organizations. Has trained and consulted in over 30+ countries. Jayanth’s key area of interest and expertise lies in Kaizen/ Lean/ Operational Excellence.

Trained and coached several board members and senior management members on Lean. Introduced and designed Kaizen/ Lean deployment for several manufacturing and service organizations in India and overseas.

Called upon as keynote speaker and presenter on Lean KAIZEN™ in symposiums/ conferences worldwide.

Pioneered the application of KAIZEN™ for Governments in 2000 for Govt of Mauritius.

Subsequently designed and launched KAIZEN™ for the Government of Kenya, and for a state government in India and for Central Government of India
